Overview

Your Guide will meet you outside Aldgate underground station on Aldgate high street EC3N 1AH. He will be holding a sign saying Mystery Walks so you know your with Paul the official guide and not an imposter. You will visit some of the murder locations and hear the story of the murders which will also include the history of the area in the year 1888 in the Whitechapel district of East London which is famous for Charles Dickens and Oliver twist, Karl Marx, The Krays, The Elephant Man. And the world's most notorious serial killer Jack the Ripper. See actual photos from the times of the victims and suspects and sift through the evidence. At the end of tour when we return to Aldgate tube station we will go over the top suspects and your guide will give you a controversial theory.

Meeting point at Aldgate Underground Station, built in 1876 and therefore already standing in Jack the Ripper’s time.

This church stands on the border of the City of London and is believed to have been the place where the Ripper met his fourth victim.

The fourth victim was murdered at this location. Here we discuss the history of Whitechapel in 1888 and show images.

This alley is known from several Ripper films and documentaries. It is a perfect example of Victorian architecture.

Built in 1753 as a Gin Palace, this is the place where all the victims regularly met and drank. Also known as the Ripper Pub.
