Panoramic terrace over the Colosseum

The first stop is an elevated viewpoint from which you can observe the Flavian Amphitheatre and retrace the origins of the Colosseum, its construction and the most important details of its history. It is a stop designed to frame the monument before approaching it on foot.

Domus Aurea and Arch of Constantine

During the explanation, the secrets of Nero’s Domus Aurea and the story of the Arch of Constantine are also told.

The group goes down to street level to see the Colosseum up close and take photos from a more direct perspective. It is a short but very scenic stop, useful for observing the details of the monument from a different angle.

The tour is conducted entirely in Italian and all explanations will be provided in this language.
