Our tour begins at 07:00 a.m. at the meeting point, where your guide will give you a warm welcome and the necessary instructions to enjoy a safe and enriching experience. From this moment we begin the journey to the province of Imbabura, a land full of Andean landscapes, living culture, and ancestral traditions that will mark the start of an unforgettable day.
Cayambe: Baking tradition and Andean flavors
On our route to Imbabura, we will make a stop in Cayambe, a land of Andean culinary tradition. We will visit a local biscuit factory, where you can enjoy these emblematic freshly baked treats, accompanied by leaf cheese and dulce de leche. An authentic experience that connects flavor, culture, and tradition in a typical Ecuadorian Andes breakfast.
Lake San Pablo: Postcards of sacred Imbabura
On the way to Otavalo, we will make a panoramic stop at Lake San Pablo, one of the most emblematic landscapes in Imbabura. Here you will have time to admire the serenity of the lake and capture unique photos with the majestic Taita Imbabura volcano as a backdrop. Upon arriving in Otavalo, we will visit the emblematic Plaza de Ponchos, one of the most renowned Indigenous markets in South America.
