We begin this experience in the emblematic Independence Square, in the heart of Quito’s Historic Center. At this stop we will visit an authentic Quito “hueca” on Sucre Street, a place very loved by locals where you can enjoy freshly prepared natural juices made with regional fruits. We will accompany the experience with traditional Ecuadorian empanadas, made with green plantain or flour, reflecting the everyday and authentic flavor of Quito’s popular gastronomy.
Las Delicias de Don Viche: Flavor of the Ecuadorian coast
At this gastronomic stop, you will enjoy one of the most representative dishes of Ecuador’s coast: encebollado.
