DiscoverYourTour operates as a booking platform. Once your tour is confirmed, all tour-related communication and arrangements are handled directly between you and your guide. DiscoverYourTour is not responsible for the execution of the tour experience.

🚨 Urgent issues on the day of the tour (e.g., running late) should be directed to your guide — we cannot intervene in real-time tour operations.

Refund decisions related to tour performance are handled by the guide according to their cancellation policy.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
