What you need to know before contacting us
For questions about your tour (meeting point, schedule changes, special requests, or delays), please contact your guide directly through your booking dashboard*
*You are ONLY able to contact your guide after you complete your booking on the platform.
DiscoverYourTour operates as a booking platform. Once your tour is confirmed, all tour-related communication and arrangements are handled directly between you and your guide. DiscoverYourTour is not responsible for the execution of the tour experience.
You can contact us only for:
- Technical website issues
- Account access problems
- Payment errors
- Reporting misuse or policy violations
Urgent issues on the day of the tour (e.g., running late) should be directed to your guide. We cannot intervene in real-time tour operations.
Refund decisions related to tour performance are handled by the guide according to their cancellation policy.
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
