By accessing or using DiscoverYourTour ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

DiscoverYourTour is an online marketplace connecting travelers with local tour guides and experience providers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between travelers and guides/suppliers.

We do not own, operate, or provide tours directly. Each tour is provided by independent third-party guides and suppliers who are responsible for their own services, content, and conduct.

DiscoverYourTour acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not qualify as a travel organizer under the EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Each service is provided by independent guides or suppliers.

To book tours or list experiences, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

As a traveler, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information and payment details
• Arrive on time for scheduled tours and activities
• Treat guides and other participants with respect
• Follow local laws and safety guidelines during tours
• Comply with cancellation policies applicable to your booking
• Not attempt to circumvent the Platform for direct bookings or payments

As a guide or supplier listing experiences on DiscoverYourTour, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability for your tours
• Meet travelers at the agreed time and location
• Deliver experiences as described in your listings
• Maintain required licenses, permits, and insurance where applicable
• Comply with our supplier verification and quality standards
• Respond to bookings and inquiries in a timely manner

Guides and suppliers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, permits, and insurance. DiscoverYourTour is not responsible for the provision of the services listed by guides.

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is processed through our secure platform. Prices are displayed in the listing currency and may include applicable taxes and fees.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, policy violations, or technical errors. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the specific cancellation policies of each tour.

Payments are processed through third-party PCI-compliant providers. DiscoverYourTour does not store full credit card information and is not a financial institution.

Travelers are responsible for any additional local taxes, duties, or charges that may apply in connection with their participation in a tour.

Cancellation policies vary by tour and are set by individual guides. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

• Free cancellation: Available within the specified window before the tour start
• Partial refund: May apply based on cancellation timing
• No refund: Applies for late cancellations or no-shows

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent or manipulate our fees or payment systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit Platform content

DiscoverYourTour and its logos, design, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews) grants us a license to use, display, and promote it in connection with the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to grant this license.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that listings are accurate or complete.

We are not responsible for the conduct of guides, travelers, or third parties. Participation in tours involves inherent risks; travelers assume responsibility for their own safety and conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscoverYourTour shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiscoverYourTour, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

Force Majeure: DiscoverYourTour is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and listings for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of the Platform.

DiscoverYourTour may moderate, remove, or refuse any reviews, listings, or content that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DiscoverYourTour.
